Usually linked to tango and jazz, there are ensembles ranging from solo singer and duo to quartet. Each show, with a remarkable artistic profile, employs top-level musicians of the national and international musical scene.
The productions of Anton Stadler, besides being included in the exhibitions organized by the association, are stably distributed in the major music circuits of national and European territory.
Canne al vento
This production is inspired by the literary work of the great Sardinian writer in which Sardinia acts as a backdrop to the daily tragedies of life and in which the poetic power of Grazia Deledda's words, through the voice of the actor Simeone Latini, merge with the evocative notes of the original music by Fabio Furia, composed especially for the show, while on the screens there are some sequences of Sardinian cinematography repertoire. Thus, sounds, images and words become poetry, in a musical itinerary to discover a writer who has made the history of our land. It will be the fusion of music and theater to determine the stylistic figure of the show, entirely "Made in Sardinia", giving life to a celebratory moment of Deledda and our land, truly unique in its kind.
The premiere will see on stage: Simeone Latini, actor and director; Fabio Furia, composer and bandoneonist; Gavino Murgia, saxophone; Walter Agus, piano.
Past, present and future condensed into a unique and unusual journey through the history of Tango. Fusion and contamination, tradition and innovation, but also balance, technique, imagination and improvisation. From a stylistic and compositional point of view these are the elements that characterize Next Tango.
The result is an interesting synthesis between the sound world of Jazz and Tango Nuevo. A mélange of strength and passion, energy and pathos, in which classic suggestions are recognized, in the rigor of the composition inspired by the balance of form and the counterpoint of the great masters of the past, but always focusing on contemporary avant-gardes.
An innovative show, in which the dimensions of time and space fold up to meet, guiding the listener in an exciting and seductive journey from the traditional Tango, to the jazz and avant-garde influences of Astor Piazzolla and to Fabio Furia's original compositions.
An artistic experience in which the tango reaches its maximum evolution, transformed and revolutionized.
Not just music, therefore, but Art, in its broadest and most modern sense. In fact, Next Tango proposes an eclectic and multi-faceted itinerary in which the poetic power of music blends with the technical virtuosity of the artists. A production result of a real path of research and experimentation, based on the comparison and interaction between genres and styles.
Sounds, images and words become poetry in a musical itinerary in which the refined compositional technique is combined with the profound melodic sensibility and the passionate improvisation, in the executive virtuosity of an all-Italian formation.
A deeply jazz and contamination repertoire that fits into an intimately evocative and emotional dimension.
This production can be made in the duo version with Fabio Furia, bandoneon and Walter Agus, piano; or in the quartet version with the Novafonic Quartet: Fabio Furia, bandoneon; Gianmaria Melis, violin; Marcello Melis, piano; Giovanni Chiaramonte, double bass.
El dia que me quieras
A new production focused on the unusual combination of the ductile and passionate sound of the bandoneon and the delicate guitar virtuosity. An overwhelming journey through the history of tango, from its origins to its maximum evolution that has come to encroach on exquisitely jazzy atmospheres. It will then pass from the tango cançiòn of Gardel, passing between the rhythms historically dedicated to dance until reaching the harmonic and rhythmic complexity of Piazzolla's tango nuevo and compositions by contemporary authors. The history of tango from the 30s to the present day
On stage Alessandro Deiana, guitar and Fabio Furia, bandoneon.
Classico y Moderno
A new production of 2018 that proposes the unusual bandoneon and violin formation in a repertoire to be discovered.
A walk through the centuries, from Bach's sounds to Piazzolla and to contemporary composers such as Matteo Martis. An innovative production, first proposed for 2018, in which attention to research and innovation of languages is strong.
Almost a sort of experimental research, in which folkloric elements typically linked to tango blend with the most classic style.
On stage Fabio Furia, bandoneon and Gianmaria Melis, violin.

An innovative production with a strong artistic and cultural value that combines a typically classical organic (flute and piano) to a highly unusual repertoire for this training. A parenthesis on the border between the revolutionary jazz language and the rhythm and the timbre, imposing and passionate, of the Argentine tango. A passionate abandonment to the musical instinct that provides the public with a new perspective of listening through a real emotional contact.
And so, from the music coming from the most authentic tango matrix, in a gradual tear with tradition, we will pass to the unmistakable character of A. Piazzolla. A synthesis between past, present and future. The elegance and refinement will be the distinctive character of a musical show, produced exclusively by the Anton Stadler Association, capable of meeting the tastes of the wider public.
On stage Ambra Beretta, flute and Maura Porru, piano. The show will also include the participation of Fabio Furia, bandoneon.
Back to Bach
A true modern interpretation of counterpointing rigor and Johann Sebastian Bach's harmonic complexity, alongside Fabio Furia's original compositions.
Abandoning the ductile and sensual rhythms of Argentine tango, the bandoneon of Fabio Furia, in this show, celebrates the genius of the illustrious German master, re-proposing some of the most beloved "Preludes and Fugues" drawn from the monumental " The well tempered clavier" collection. A renewed paraphrase of the well-known Baroque repertoire, in a real revision of the 18th century stylistic and harmonic schemes, to make available to the ample public the masterly use of the Bachian counterpoint, which is often little known and understood. This is accompanied by some modern compositions by Fabio Furia, in which the counterproductive compositional technique is strongly resumed, almost as if to draw an imaginary conceptual bridge through history.
On stage Fabio Furia, bandoneon; Maura Porru, piano.
